Shortbread biscuits

Eating healthy doesn't mean forgetting dessert...here are some natural shortbread biscuits which comply to the Montignac Method.  

Made from whole-wheat  flour and olive oil, these delicious biscuits are sweetened with apple juice concentrate and agave syrup. They contain no cane or beet sugar.

Ingredients: whole wheat flour* (63%), olive oil* (12%), agave syrup* (10%), concentrated apple juice* (9%), eggs*, natural vanilla aroma*, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate)*, salt.

Flaxseeds & lemon shortbread biscuit with whole wheat flour and olive oil
Ingredients: whole wheat flour* (59%), olive oil* (11%), agave syrup* (10%), concentrated apple juice* (9%), eggs*, flaxseeds* (5%), baking powder (sodium bicarbonate), lemon essential oil*, salt.

*Organically grown. Made in Italy.
May contain traces of nuts and milk.
